He was on a class trip with one of his kids in Blackrock Forest, in Cornwall, NY and their guide showed the class a huge old oak tree. He said “this tree has been here since before the Revolutionary War, it was called the Meeting Tree, it was a big tree right on the main road, and when people wanted to get together they would say ‘let’s meet at the tree’”. The story of the tree resonated with Ed and Meeting Tree Computer Corp. was born.
